At 29, Lorenz Florendo introduced a new variety to the popular lechon Cebu. Tatang’s Extra Crispy Boneless Lechon, one of the best selling name in the lechon industry in Cebu offering crispy, sumptuous, juicy, tender and “Always Hot and Fresh” boneless lechon made from high quality ingredients. It was conceptualized by young Cebuano entrepreneur, Mr. Lorenz Florendo last August of 2012.
